  • 30 November 2011: The project comes to an end
  • 1 November 2011: Submission of article to Business History special issue on strategy
  • 1 September 2011: Presentation at the Danish Advertising Association in Stockholm
  • 9 May 2011: Seminar at the division of Technology and Society, Chalmers
  • 7 May 2011: Participation in the conference ‘Svenska historikermötet’, Gothenburg.
  • 13 April 2011: Presentation at the Guldägget seminar in Stockholm
  • 23 March 2011: Meeting with the project’s scientific advisory group in Stockholm
  • 2 March 2011: Meeting with advertising professionals at ADA, Gothenburg.
  • August 2010: Launching of the online survey questionnaire about experiences in the internet advertising industry, which we hope will be filled in by everyone in the industry.
  • 19 May 2010: Meeting with the project’s scientific advisory group in Gothenburg.
  • Spring 2010: Oral history interviews with key entrepreneurs and creators.
  • 17 February 2010: Witness seminar on ”Internet, the IT boom, and the advertising industry in the second half of the 1990s” at ABF-huset, Stockholm. Please follow this link for more information.
  • 18 November 2009: ”Campaign evening” at CP+B Europe, where the researchers discussed a number of successful digital campaigns with members of the advertising industry.
  • 1 June 2009: The project started formally.
  • 18 May 2009: Pilot interview conducted to try out the interview outline and approach.
  • 22 April 2009: The project organised a one-day workshop on interview methodology at the Department of Economic History, University of Gothenburg.
